This course intended for the Electrical Engineers and professionals in BIM industry to enhance the knowledge and skill in the Electrical System Design.
Course Objectives:
The course will focus on Lighting calculation & circuit wiring layout, Electrical Load Calculation, Selection and Sizing of Electrical Power System components (Transformer, Diesel Generator, Switchgear, Changeover system, Cabling, Panels, etc.), Earthing and Lightning Protection System and Sub-Station Planning; annotating the Electrical 2D Schematics using AutoCAD, and preparing the documents like BOQ, schedules, DBR, sheets etc.
It also provides information on understanding Work-sharing, creating and modifying panel schedules as per design or requirement.
Electrical information plays a vital role in Lighting, Wiring and Circuiting. Using BIM, we can easily understand, what are Electrical and the Electrical System.
